Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you wish to change your decision to discontinue
with the order or want to return your order, send it back within 30 days and we will refund the total amount.
Contact us at 0800 102 6309 and let us know you want to return your order and we will send you a free post-Royal Mail return collection bag for you to return the package. Our Customer Service lines are open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

We ensure to make the returns procedure as seamless as possible by providing you with the necessary information on returns or cancellations.
In case you fail to return the equipment within your 30-day trial, we will be entitled to charge you the set-up fee of £58.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days provided the package is being returned within the 30 days trial period.
